Quality Assurance

We have a strong history of delivering quality management systems across a diverse range of businesses.

We actively support a wide range of formal recognised quality management system standards including F4N, ISO9001; ISO/TS 16949; AS9100.

Although many customers require certification to one or more of these standards, other industries will require their own industry related standards to be applied e.g. Nuclear, telecommunications, process industries, product type/safety approval, CE marking.

We assist businesses to comply with these exacting demands, whilst maintaining system conformance to various standards and customer requirements

Other objectives include the establishment of key measures that directly relate to company financial performance, increasing efficiencies and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Many of the companies we work with are long term clients who value our practical and pragmatic approach to system implementation, maintenance and improvement.

Environmental Management

As companies become more aware of their impact on the environment, they often choose to interact with other companies who share their views requiring compliance with ISO14001 - the recognised international standard which helps businesses understand and manage their environmental aspects and interaction with the environment.

We have been helping companies minimise their adverse environmental aspects for well over 10 years & seen environmental issues become a major business priority. By promoting good governance & best practice throughout our existing client base, we have applied our environmental expertise to varying sizes of companies, from a handful of employees, up to five hundred plus, by quickly identifying all forms of waste in an organisation, and providing practical solutions, often resulting in cost savings or cost avoidance. It also involves heightening environmental awareness throughout your organisation & engaging all employees in implementing targets.

We have worked with many long term clients including provision of the 2015 update of ISO14001.

Occupational Health and safty

The Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999 places specific duties on employers and employees to ensure that appropriate standards of health and safety are implemented and maintained.

Whether you are reviewing your existing health and safety systems, looking at legal compliance or starting from scratch, we have extensive experience in the planning and implementation of Health and Safety policies and procedures. By breaking down the various legislation that surrounds today’s Health and Safety requirements, we offer clear concise advice on risk/fire assessment, safety audits and inspections, COSHH assessments, and health safety training to ensure compliance with legislative requirements.

We produce health and safety policies and procedures that comply with OHSAS 18001 standard requirements. This is a formal occupational health and safety management system, soon to be replaced by ISO45001.
